Alejandro Balde ‘offered to’ Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool as future unclear

Alejandro Balde’s Barcelona future remains unsettled, with intermediaries putting the 22-year-old left back to Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool after summer links to Benfica.
